About AFRA-
(Statement updated 3-22-2005)
| American Family Rights Association (AFRA) is a true
American FREE
association operating as an umbrella
organization created to bring disparate
groups and individuals together in order to generate enough UNITED VOICES to command NATIONAL
ATTENTION to our grievances.
The grievances of the various groups may be somewhat different, but gaining the opportunity to PRESENT them TO BE HEARD is our common agenda. Which agenda is to EDUCATE the public to be aware of the methods and operation of the unconstitutional insertion of government power into the family and the unconstitutional conduct of the courts in these cases- and to bring our grievances before the officials whose job is supposed to be to FIX IT. |
AFRA's activities promotes both ADVOCACY and ACTIVISM Whether one is attracted to advocacy or activism is highly related to one's personality type. Both are highly important.
Mere membership in AFRA is NOT a "certification" of any member's QUALIFICATION to operate as an ADVOCATE. AFRA members who claim to be ADVOCATES are responsible to provide their own credentials and certifications.
Nor does AFRA membership necessarily certify it's members as "innocent". American Constitutional Rights were created for the GUILTY as well as the innocent. The ACCUSED deserves to present exculpatory or mitigating evidence before a JURY in a Constitutional Court of Due Process before an IMPARTIAL Oath-sworn judge.
Because of the nature of AFRA's purpose and formation as an ASSOCIATION, we do not "police" or "investigate" our membership beyond the most egregious and deliberate violators brought to our attention. Which violators see their AFRA membership suspended and a bright yellow box in their AFRA State Membership page indicating the suspension and the evidence that lead us to suspend their membership.
American Family Rights Association stands true to it's founding principles.
It is performing the role it was designed to do.
Power remains spread out to individual state leaders and to the membership in the grand American tradition.
Leadership rests with the AFRA CEO and the states leadership utilizing the participatory management technique. If people build honor as a result of their efforts, they have earned it.
Oversight and Accountability rests with the AFRA Board of Directors
PROMOTION of Campaigns and Activities- AFRA continues to promote the campaigns and activities of it's members foremost.
Another worthy contribution on the part of AFRA is we give people Help and HOPE, and a method to blow off steam through our numerous Forums when faced with these unaccountable and immune CPS workers and are constantly denied redress of grievances by the unconstitutional and corrupt family courts.
We have been providing the SAFETY VALVE that is supposed to be the job of impartial Courts of Constitutional Due Process.
Original Founding Statement-
AFRA is not another "group". AFRA is a national directory of existing groups and individuals who are working on issues concerning the rights of families, parents, and children.
There is no cost to register with AFRA, we simply see
the need to establish a comprehensive data base of existing groups and individuals who, although
some may disagree on some issues, are united on fundamental principles:
1. We have the right, guaranteed by law and the Constitution to make our own
choices in our relationships and marriages; birthing and raising our children;
instilling our own values into our children; controlling our children's
education, health, and discipline; controlling what social values we chose to
accept, or not, for ourselves and our children, without coercive governmental
intervention and control.
2. We have the right, when we must turn to the judicial system, to courts
that are free from corruption, act in a lawful manner and within Constitutional constraints,
fully accountable to the citizenry so that all parties can expect to receive
fair, prompt, equitable, and objective treatment.
The traditional structures that were put in place to protect us, our liberty,
and our autonomy have now abdicated their duties as public servants and have
turned against us. American families are under siege. The only way to restore
our autonomy and preserve the freedom to make our own choices is for us to come
together as a political force.
By registering your organization with AFRA you will receive exposure to
potential clients and funders, media, and like-minded groups. As a registered
group you will have access to a larger and wider database for support, for
announcements, public events, data gathering, mass mailings, legislation, and
political force.
AFRA includes:
Perhaps not every one of us could get along in the same room together, but in the assault on American families we can stand firmly, side-by-side.
