This is NORMAL that if they are to sign an order you have to supply it, 
Sui Juris you have to do everything the attorneys do, and judges NEVER 
write their own paperwork - they order one of the attorneys to write 
every thing up, as well as plead the case, as it should be, and you will...
only they don't REALLY WORK at all... they do nothing - they make a few 
phone calls and use Westlaw paid law services to write their papers for them now.

THE WARDSHIP LINE: JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE YOUR CHILDREN BACK THAT DOES NOT MEAN
THEY ARE NOT STILL WARDS OF THE STATE IN THE CASEFILE.  

Don't leave a door open.  Attorneys are notorious for not "quite" finishing up
and leaving you still twisting in the wind.
