You are all wonderful parents and grandparents, cousins, sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles.  YOU DO KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOUR CHILDREN.

Document everything. Start a journal. Every phone call --to and from them, every visit, every letter, every suggestion. Follow up IN WRITING with everything

On This date, you stated to me that my child needed to (take xyz, do xyz) because of your belief that s/he is ___________.

We have consulted with ______ and discovered much to our amazement that _____ causes ______ and are questioning if your thoughts on this reflect your personal view or that of some medical/legal/ educational authority that we as parents are not privy to having in our possession.  Please document in writing your sources within 5 days.

A lack of response in writing will grant that our assessment of this issue as stated above is correct and we will take the necessary action to abate your responses.
