THE SOCIOLOGY CENTER PRACTICAL GUIDE TO IDENTIFYING “THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD” USING A CRITERIA BASED DEFINITION FOR JUDGES, PROSECUTORS, CHILD ABUSE INVESTIGATORS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT: A Disciplined Approach To Finding the Truth Under Circumstances of Charlatanism, Deception, and Evidence Falsification

The United States child protection system has become the greatest government child protection fiasco since the Swiss Verdingkinder scandal. Just as with the Swiss Verdingkinder system, it has become a nation-wide system for the criminal exploitation of children. Judges, prosecutors, child abuse investigators, and law enforcement responsible for identifying instances of child abuse and molestation have been in need of an objective set of criteria and tools for carrying out that responsibility and liberating themselves from the context of the intentionally undefined “best interest of the child” standard sustained and maintained by child exploitation organized crime interests. Both responsibilities can be accomplished by defining “the best interest of the child” as the lowest rate of occurrence for thirty-seven specific criteria and using a tool kit of specific intellectual analysis procedures that include paired contradictory hypotheses testing, identifying the occurrence of specific logical fallacies, checklists and critical questions to identify the attempted use of science fraud, and a catalogue of specific organized crime methods and procedures that detect the presence of organized crime in government child protection agencies and programs.
