The
evils of the Child Protection Services in the U.S. are depicted in 12
case histories illustrating violations of our Constitution engendered by
the Mondale Act which has led to destruction of families, financially,
physically, and emotionally and leaving children with psychological
scars. Reforms are offered to protect children and innocent families
from Agency abuse.
This is required reading for every legislator,
every student of sociology, the legal profession, and those interested
in preserving the family.
By Lillian D. Dunsmore, M.D. and Richard A.
