If such action could ever get underway, and if JUSTICE prevailed, the settlement for damages against America's Families would be TRILLION$.  Thousands upon thousands of malfeasant CPS people and those in collusion would face the Penalty for their Capital Crimes

This endeavor came to an early death in 2003 (?) due to Attorney Barbara C. Johnson being disbarred by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers for her valiant and vigorous defense of families.

We hear numerous rumors of another Class Action being started, but so far, none have materialized.

If one should get traction, you will see it on the front page of the American Family Rights Association website and the AFRA News.

Check the front page of AFRA often!  Always something new there.
