RATES THE STATES

7-12-2003 Colorado tops the list.  AFRA moves Colorado to the top of the list as

~THE MOST CORRUPT STATE IN THE UNITED STATES~

DENVER JUDGE AXES THE CONSTITUTION
"The Constitution has no force or effect in Denver, because this is a home rule city."

Sorry, New Jersey.  You had your day in the dark.  But you have been TOPPED!  Colorado is now the darkest state in the US.  Where is the FBI?

On 5-29-2002 the FBI Announced their "New Priorities".  Number Four on the list was "Combat public corruption at all levels".  We hoped they REALLY WERE going to combat public corruption at all levels.  But alas, NO.  People who send complaints to the FBI about the rampant Constitutional Rights Violations in the Child Abuse Industry are getting this CANNED RESPONSE instead.

So to help the FBI identify the OBVIOUS Color of Law Civil Rights Violations in each state, we have created the CORRUPT-O-METER.

As we get the states rated, (under construction) you can check YOUR STATE'S rating here

We invite the FBI to pick ANY STATE and start hauling the Child Abuse Industry and their colluding contractors up on charges for Treason against the Constitution of the United States, which CRIMES they have committed against the American people are Capital Crimes.

States with Low Corruption

We used to put Idaho in this category.  But the Idaho CPS "change agents" gave it the old team effort, and worked really  hard to bring their state up to the "Advanced" level of CPS corruption in the past year and a half.  Way to go Idaho!

We presently don't know of many possible candidates for this category, unless it's Minnesota.  But probably not.

Advanced Corruption
A few states fall in this category.

Extreme Corruption
Most of the rest of them
