Orwellian Named

Something named the opposite of what it really is.  Such as "The Ministry of Love" in the Orwell novel 1984

FrankenCPS- Mondale's CAPTA '74 MonsterThe Orwellian-named "Child Welfare System" has been a monster since day one.  It had nothing to do with anything GOOD for children.  It started as CAPTA 1974 when Fritz Mondale pushed it, jockeying to run for Prez.  Fritz ended up being Jimmy Carter's Veep in 1976.    If you think Bush is a screw up, you aren't old enough to remember what Carter- Mondale did.

CAPTA '74 was already a "Dickensian disaster" by 1976.  Numerous attempts have been made to "fix" the system over the years.  There is NO "fixing" it.  It was corrupt the day it became law, and it is a monster today.  Government has no Constitutional business messing with families.

NOTE TO OUR "REPRESENTATIVES":  Destroy this monster and everything to do with it.
