How do you do that?  

Print up a gob of the Family Survival Info brochures and pass them out at church, the mall, grocery store, the laundromats, wherever young families can be found.

The universal message is: CRIMINALIZE CHILD ABUSE.  

Everybody can agree to that.  In fact, most people are surprised that it is NOT A CRIME.  In fact, is a civil case, like a lawsuit.  Only you can't recover damages, like in an actual civil case.

If child abuse was a CRIME, then people would have access to their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and the problem would be solved.  CPS would be out of business in a week.
