It is an unfortunate and sad fact that CPS people play fast and loose with the truth.  Since we have experienced and observed an unbelievable level of mendaciousness with CPS people, we are recommending that you RECORD any meetings, phone conversations, and visits with them. 

These CPS people are putting your job, marriage, future and your children's lives in great danger and they almost universally have NO ETHICS whatsoever. 

The actions of CPS people are based almost entirely on their PERSONAL subjective FEELINGS about you (perhaps based on their own IMAGINED "abusive" upbringing and they are taking RETRIBUTION on ALL parents).

They have no uneasy feeling arising from conscience or principle about TWISTING words to your character.  

The only way you have to "keep them honest" is to RECORD their words, attitudes, and behavior.

CPS people and their colluding actors are LAWLESS, and the only thing left that has any power is PUBLIC OPINION.  Public opinion is ruled by Sound Bites.  And you get "sound bites" by recording their own words.

I know that story all too well. They will threaten you, lie to you and everything else. They hate it when you question them or get in their face so to speak, but do it!  Don't back down from them. 

The best thing that you can do is buy a microcassette recorder and record everything. 

When they claim you lied, just say: "No I didn't- This is what the case worker said", and then play the tape. 

If you ever wanted to see someone turn 1000 shades of red to purple, this will make it happen.  I have done this a few times already!!! -Andrew
