They can WIRETAP all they want to.  However, they are not supposed to use information they gain illegally in a court of law.  Of course, this is CPS, and we all know how THAT works.
 
So, I go back on my statement about go to the court house.  You ain't gonna find an order there.  We ALL fell into THAT trap, didn't we?
