AFRA Legislative Affairs

Dr. Shirley Moore is the National Director of Legislative Affairs for The American Family Rights Association (AFRA).

Dr. Moore is a certified court mediator.

She also serves as an advisor to The Congress of Racial Equality (CORE).

Dr. Moore is a Board Member for the Chaffey Museum.

She is a member of The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and a host of other organizations.

Dr. Moore has a BS in Criminal Justice and a Ph.D. in Religious Humanities.

She believes in civil liberties and unalienable God-given rights.

She is the person that exposed Los Angeles Counties Child Protective Services (CPS) thus causing them to review over thirty-thousand cases.

During the time that she was attempting to expose Los Angeles County, they came against her and attempted to frame her. She was victorious in that matter. This is what allowed her to gather further evidence on how they were operating. During her civil appeals process she represented herself In Pro Per, and won the appeal. She was able to show how every case that involved Los Angeles County has been tainted.

She believes this happened in an attempt to silence her. Fortunately it has been exposed and therefore many children will be returned home.

She was a speaker at the Juvenile Court Centennial Celebration Protest and is featured in the December 2003 Media Release offered at the website of the California Family Rights Association.

Dr. Shirley Moore is running for a seat in the California State Assembly representing the 61st Assembly District.
