The Safety Valve is Wired

This essay utilizes an analogy to use one thing to explain another. In this case, the VALUE of a Safety Valve. But in order for you to understand the extreme importance of a Safety Valve, I think you need to understand the Mechanical Physics before I use it as an analogy.
Steam Power has been around for a long time to convert heat energy into mechanical energy to produce WORK. Steam powered our industry and transportation through the last half of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. We are still using steam power today to generate ELECTRICITY

This graphic demonstrates how the HEAT generated by a controlled NUCLEAR reaction is used to heat water to make steam which turns a steam turbine, which turns a GENERATOR to produce ELECTRICITY. Obviously, we do NOT want the water to get too hot and build up so much PRESSURE that it EXPLODES a pressure vessel or the associated piping (THAT is now commonly known as a "Chernobyl") |
So, to prevent such an EXPLOSION, the Safety Valve was invented.
| In the graphic at the right, we can see that a spring holds the Safety Valve shut. The tension on this spring is adjusted so the valve opens at a pre-set pressure to allow the EXCESS pressure to be safely vented to prevent an explosion. Thus giving the operators enough time to reduce the heat or fix whatever the problem was- instead of being KILLED by the unexpected explosion. |  |
That's what a steam safety valve does. Now, the analogy.
See the little hole in the handle? That was to attach a wire to be run waaaay off somewhere safe. If things got "out of hand" and the valve failed to release AUTOMATICALLY, an operator could manually PULL THE WIRE to OPEN the safety valve and release the PRESSURE before the whole plant EXPLODED.
Of course, there is always some "genius" who realizes that if he runs a hotter fire and HIGHER PRESSURE, more WORK gets done- faster, so he runs a wire though the handle and around the valve body so the valve absolutely stays shut. Sooner or later, this plan ALWAYS goes sour and BAD THINGS happen.
When the United States of America was founded, it was directly as a result of the King of England putting unreasonable PRESSURE on the Colonists.
The Colonists had DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to relieve the unreasonable, inhumane PRESSURE the King of England was putting on them.
"These Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury"Thus, the pressure of a corrupt government with NO "Safety Valve" of REDRESS of Grievances (synonym- Injustice), caused the Revolutionary War and our (little known today) natural rights were established (See Sui Juris -A Process for the People to Access the Courts and Natural Persons).
The founders of this United States of America clearly understood that people must NEVER be subjected to the tyranny of a sovereign KING again and set EVERY PERSON in the United states as THE SOVEREIGN. The Bill of Rights were just the BASIC prohibitions against government.
Through the years, the CORRUPT TYRANNY has slowly crept back. Now, under the guise of World Peace and World Government. The Stealing of America is almost complete.
Now we are back to-
The SAFETY VALVES of CONSTITUTIONAL Due Process, Impartial Judges, our Civil Rights, trial by jury have been CLOSED.
And "Our repeated Petitions for Redress have been answered only by repeated Injury".

Humans build machines to serve them. No sane person would build knowingly a machine that hurts them. Steam boilers are useful, but they can explode. So we build them with safety valves. Cars are extremely useful and also dangerous. So we equip them with brakes. The same is true for government.

Obviously, in the CURRENT POLITICAL CLIMATE, it behooves us to be very, very careful, WHAT WE SAY, and HOW WE SAY IT. It appears that if we were pushing "virtual child porn" we would have constitutional protection. But..I am afraid that we dare NOT SAY what we are REALLY THINKING about our "most fundamental laws" being abolished by TYRANTS. |

We ARE SAYING that we have been complaining about- and trying to fix the cause of the PRESSURE.
And we have been complaining about- and trying to fix the Safety Valve that has been DELIBERATELY WIRED SHUT.

We personally would feel a lot more comfortable if "Protect civil rights" had been his Item #1, since that has been COMPLETELY IGNORED for about 30 years. Maybe he really did mean "Civil Rights" A.K.A "Special Rights", not Constitutional Rights.
But we CERTAINLY WELCOME the "Combat public corruption at all levels". We are a tad concerned (relative to what we have been through)- WHO is going to define what "public corruption" IS, is (did we ever get "is" defined yet?).
NOTICE TO FBI-
We PLEAD you to investigate the "public corruption at all levels"
and
Civil Rights violations in Oregon!
If this is NOT "public
corruption", we just cannot imagine what is!
