The Child Welfare system is dysfunctional across the United States and every other westernized country in the world because it invites bureaucratic abuse of power¹.  Nothing better could possibly happen when an entire agency operates with the belief that their "work" is so important that it supersedes the Constitution of the United States, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ², let alone the statute laws that they are supposed to observe in their operations.

In the United States, the entire system is operating far beyond the LAW- 42 U.S.C. § 671 (a) (15) and 672 (a) (1)

Key Point- Almost NONE of the people who find themselves ACCUSED, have actually committed any impropriety, let alone any CRIME.

The law says help the families FIRST, which would eliminate practically ALL of the "Neglect" allegations due to POVERTY. A lot of us are already living barely better than Third World settings, and CPS in your life can quickly deliver you there. Not all of us can afford to live in a spiffy, perfect home, and not everybody cares about white glove inspectable.  

If they had to HELP people instead of just prosecuting them, they would leave us alone.  No money in that for them and all the colluding "professionals".

Going to sleep when in charge of kids is not a sign of neglect.  Leaving a teenager in charge is not unlawful.  Things happening to kids that YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT is not neglect. 

The "Threat of Harm" and "Failure to Protect" categories are even more vague and preposterous and subject to agency bureaucratic abuse. 

Spanking is not unlawful, but it might as well be, because these histrionic morons easily spin a spanking into assault and a Hate Crime.

Having a teenager go evil is hardly a parent's fault in this society that disenfranchises parents and immerses kids in the popular culture, beginning at government- financed public school.

The law says reunification work FIRST, or preference to placement with extended family.  

There is hardly even a pretense of reunification effort, with very little and BEGRUDGING extended family placement. 

Therefore- CPS is committing FRAUD to collect the funding.

The system is operating in defiance of Amendments 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 14 and the Miranda Act. The operators are committing Federal Capital Crimes http://familyrights.us/bin/CPS_violates_these_every_case.htm in order to collect the Federal Funding Streams.

Universally, families routinely COMPLETE all of the ridiculous "services"- CLASSES http://familyrights.us/educate/parent_training/index.html and their kids still go to foster homes or adoption.

Why is this happening? 

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The funding streams are almost exclusively for removing kids from their homes and almost NOTHING for HELPING FAMILIES.

If you want to see where the Social Security funds are going, you may begin by looking at P.L. 96-272: The Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980. 

"The Act required all states to establish an adoption subsidy program and remove the financial disincentives to states by providing federal dollars to be used as a portion of adoption subsidy payments for children previously eligible for the Title IV-E Foster Care Program. Since 1980, the program has grown dramatically – from no federal funding in 1980 to $1.2 billion in 2000." (Source- North American Council on Adoptable Children) The same system that is destroying the American Family is defrauding YOU of $7 BILLION dollars a year to do it. 

You get what you pay for. This is why CPS agencies fraudulently fabricate "kids in need" (making WAR on families) to put in foster care or residential care doped out of their heads³ INSTEAD of making any "reasonable efforts" for keeping them at home or relative placement AS THE LAW REQUIRES. 

CPS workers are "legally freeing" kids by fabricating "evidence" from thin air, making false petition statements, and committing perjury in court.  By having these kidnapped kids warehoused in foster care so the agency can receive Title IV and Medicaid funding, they are committing  Federal Fraud.  

They are routinely having the kidnapped wards declared "mentally ill" and filing for their Medicaid and Medicare. So they dip another huge scoop of Federal Funds.

The funding stream continues to pay the Child Abuse Industrial Complex to destroy the fabric of civilization- the family.

They are coercing people to VOLUNTEER for "services" by offering sickening threats, even if people try to stand on their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

Are CPS workers Sociopaths?

Sociopaths they are.  You do not want to make crazy people mad if they are in a position to hurt you. Right now, they have the power to utterly destroy you, your reputation, cause you to lose your job, home, savings, and marriage, and if they can swing it, put you in prison and make you pay child support from your "prison pay". They don't care if they make you destitute and on the street. They don't care if they cause your death.
